COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Reigning and five-time World Champion All-Around Cowboy Trevor Brazile won titles in three events at three Texas rodeos last weekend, and the $8,424 he earned vaulted the Decatur, Texas, cowboy into the top spot among all-around cowboys in this week’s Crusher Rentals PRCA World Standings.

Brazile, of Decatur, Texas, joined forces with Patrick Smith of Midland, Texas, to take the team roping competition at the YMBL Championship Rodeo in Beaumont with a time of 4.3 seconds, good for $1,554. Brazile also shared the tie-down roping title with Houston Hutto, bagging $1,772 after roping and tying his calf in 8.7 seconds.

Brazile also captured the steer roping title at the Butterfield Stage Days Rodeo in Bridgeport, placing in all three rounds and recording a total time of 29.3 seconds to earn checks worth $3,496.

In addition, Brazile claimed all-around honors at the Lone Star Stampede in Conroe, earning $1,602 while competing in tie-down roping and team roping.

Besides leading the all-around, Brazile, who won the Triple Crown in 2007, currently ranks third in steer roping, fourth in tie-down roping and 13th in team roping (heading).
